By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian and agree to abide by these terms.
2. Product Pricing & Availability
Prices listed for 3D printer parts, CNC hardware, and electronic components are inclusive of GST taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct typographical pricing errors before order confirmation.
3. Technical Usage Disclaimer & Liability
Electronic components, high-voltage power supplies, LiPo batteries, and 3D printer hotends require technical competence to operate safely. Superb Technologies is not liable for indirect damages, short-circuits, or personal injury arising from improper wiring or unauthorized hardware modification.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
