Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms”) governs your access to and commercial transactions on superbtech.in, operated by Superb Technologies (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our storefront, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable Indian laws.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By using our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may browse or transact only under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and session tokens. Any activities performed under your authenticated account shall be deemed authorized by you. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Product Specifications, Pricing & GST Invoicing
All prices listed on superbtech.in are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Tax Invoices: Valid GST tax invoices are automatically generated for every completed purchase and available for download in your Order History.
- B2B Input Tax Credit: If you represent a registered business and provide a valid GSTIN during checkout, your GSTIN will be incorporated into the official tax invoice.
- Price Errors: While we endeavor to ensure 100% price accuracy, typographical or system errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, Superb Technologies reserves the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund to the original payment source.
3. Payment Processing & Gateway Security
Payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay via secure 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. Supported payment modes include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and RuPay.
Superb Technologies does not store raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on any server. An order is deemed confirmed only once Razorpay successfully registers payment authorization.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Transit Insurance
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days through our logistics network (Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart). For comprehensive shipping rates and free shipping eligibility, please review our dedicated Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the designated consignee address. Customers are advised to record an uninterrupted unboxing video upon parcel receipt to support any transit damage claim.
5. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before courier dispatch (AWB generation) for an immediate 100% refund.
Eligible defective or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) hardware may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account) within 3 to 7 business days.
6. Technical Hardware Usage & Safety Disclaimer
Caution: High-performance electronics, drone flight controllers, ESCs, LiPo batteries, CNC spindles, and 3D printer heating assemblies require technical expertise:
- Electronic semiconductors (ICs, MOSFETs, microcontrollers) damaged due to reverse polarity, short circuits, improper soldering, or over-voltage are not covered under warranty.
- LiPo batteries must be charged using balanced chargers on fireproof surfaces. Never leave LiPo batteries charging unattended.
- Superb Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper wiring, modification, or misuse of purchased components.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, custom code, engineering documentation, graphics, branding, and logos on superbtech.in are the exclusive property of Superb Technologies and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, automated scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with website usage or product purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
9. Grievance Redressal Officer
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, customer disputes and notices may be served to our designated Grievance Officer:
