Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Pre-Orders & Custom Lead Times: If an item is listed as a pre-order product or requires custom assembly, the estimated lead time will be specified directly on the product detail page.
- Delivery Duration: Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on destination location (metros: 2-3 days, rest of India: 3-5 days).
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer FREE Shipping all over India on orders above ₹999! For orders below ₹999, nominal flat shipping charges are calculated transparently during checkout.
Order Tracking & Courier Partners
Once your shipment is dispatched, a live tracking link with courier partner details (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post) will be sent via SMS and Email, and accessible inside your My Orders dashboard.
